Tovana Pharmaceutical mainly delivers your orders through a third party to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner.
Delivery takes place within 2 to 4 working days maximum, depending on your geographical area – remote areas (such as South Upper Egypt, Sinai, Matrouh, Al-Wahat and Siwa) are reached within a maximum of 10 to 12 working days.
Which gives you the option to choose the convenient time for you to deliver at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.
In case of urgent orders, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
We will require your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address, and we consider anyone’s signature on the address as a receipt for the order.
If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree on another delivery time. The company is unable to attempt delivery more than twice. The Company is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
(2)Orders available in stock are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Orders are carried out on demand according to the individual production time mentioned on the product description page.
Delivery cost
They are automatically calculated before the order is executed depending on the product and delivery address, and are included in the final calculation of your order.
(3)Delivery time
You will be provided with an estimated delivery time once you place your order. Delivery times are estimated and start from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. Delivery times should only be used as evidence and subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we do our best to fulfill your request within 5 working days from the date of your request. Working days means Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays.
The delivery date may vary due to the shipping practices of the carrier, delivery location, delivery method, and items ordered. Products can also be delivered in separate shipments.
To find out the cost of your order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and go to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, the shipping charges will be displayed.
