Overview
- When exchanging or returning any of the company’s products, it is required to present the original dated invoice issued by the company.
- The customer has the right to replace or return the sold item with a refund of its cash value without giving any reasons, and without incurring any expenses, within the 14 days prescribed from the date of purchase.
- When replacing or returning, it is required that the product sold by the company to the customer be in the same condition as when purchased, provided that it includes its packaging and the carton packed in it.
- The customer has the right to exchange the sold item for another of the company’s products at the same value as recorded in the invoice.
- The customer may not directly have the right to exchange or return in the event that he opens the product in a way that prevents its replacement or return with another, or it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of purchase.
- The customer may not directly have the right to exchange or refund in the event that he actually used the product, even if it was on an experimental basis, which resulted in opening the package and a decrease in the quantity packed with it.
- The amounts paid will be refunded using the same method by which they were paid (Kindly check our Refund and Refund Policy).
- With regard to the exchange and return of gifts provided through us, they may not be exchanged or returned because they are not a sold product.
